WHAT IS WRONG

A defect in AXEL-F treats a NetMHCPan elution score as a percentile rank.
The effect is that the calculated values
produced by these versions are incorrect and should not be
relied upon.  This is not a crash or an error message.  The
affected versions run to completion and produce output that
looks normal but is wrong.

The same defect was present in the web version of this tool and
has also been corrected there.

WHAT TO DO

* Download and install version 1.2 or higher.

* Re-run any analysis whose results came from an affected
  version, and compare against your prior output before relying
  on it.

* If you have published or shared results generated with an
  affected version, review whether those results need to be
  revised.

WHY THE OLD FILES ARE STILL HERE

The original tarball and checksum have been retained for
provenance and reproducibility.  They are NOT recommended for
any use.  If you need them to reproduce a past run for
comparison, they remain in place.
